Playoff Oddity

I think there's a bug in here somewhere, but I can't really figure out where.
Cleveland isn't marked as eliminated from, or in, the Playoffs
Cleveland has more wins than Houston, but technically the same winning percentage by virtue of Houston's 2 ties
Cleveland has winning Division and Conference records
What am I missing?

With the two ties they're basically considered to have the same record. They also beat Cleveland head to head.

by my math, 8-6 with two ties has a slightly better winning % than 9-7.

before game 16, ST Louis was listed as eliminated although mathmatically I could still make the playoffs, and I did.

Post on the main board and you will get a response from the developer and probably a resolution
